Valeriana, Lime tree and California poppy have a sedative and calming action, allowing you to reduce the time of falling asleep and maintain a prolonged sleep without waking up at night.
Passionflower and Lemon balm mainly have a calming and anxiolytic action, favouring falling asleep in case of stress or anxiety.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 capsule containing 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
