AGELESS COMPLEX

AGELESS COMPLEX is a formula based on a blend of plant extracts designed to combat cellular oxidative stress. Free radicals are highly reactive molecules produced by the body’s cells during metabolic reactions, or as a result of environmental factors such as smoking cigarette, sunlight, radiation, chemicals and various medications. Each component of AGELESS COMPLEX has its own characteristics, and together, these components help to counteract the formation of free radicals and neutralise their negative activity, protecting the cells and thus counteracting premature ageing of the entire organism. Each extract in the formula is characterised by a colour, given by the active components responsible for the antioxidant action, thus also echoing the concept of the ‘colours of health’: Papaya – orange, Elderberry – purple, Pomegranate – red, Noni – green, Bilberry – blue, Coenzyme Q10 – yellow. Papaya is a tropical fruit, rich in minerals, vitamin C, carotenoids and other antioxidant active ingredients that help combat ageing and cardiovascular problems. Elderberries are rich in minerals and vitamins, as well as polysaccharides, flavonoids and a high anthocyanin content in anthocyanins that give these precious fruits their dark colour. Pomegranate fruits are among the richest in antioxidants, particularly gallic acid and ellagic acid. This fruit helps protect the skin against UVB damage. Noni is a fruit originating in India, which has been used since time immemorial for its healing properties. Its juice, rich in natural antioxidants, Vitamin C and beta-carotene, is used. Blueberries are a source of vitamins, minerals and especially organic acids and flavonoids. These fruits contain five types of anthocyanidins, powerful antioxidants that give them their dark colour. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble molecule essential for the proper functioning of the mitochondria, responsible for cellular respiration and energy production. Among the many benefits of coenzyme Q10 are that it stimulates collagen formation and counteracting premature skin ageing. The formula also contains vitamins C and E, Zinc and Copper, essential nutrients that have an antioxidant action and help maintain the skin’s well-being and beauty.
