Spirulina Maxima is a blueish-green microalga part of the cyanophyceae family that lives thanks to photosynthesis like plants, it is 0.3 mm long and it is named recalls its spiral shape. Its special properties have been proven by numerous researches that highlighted how Spirulina features nutritional qualities that go way beyond other foods. Spirulina is considered the most complex natural aliment available on our planet. Spirulina Maxima has a high protein concentration (about 65% of its weight). It contains essential amino acids among which leucine, valine and isoleucine. Vitamins it contains and worth of mentioning are provitamins A, E and the entire group of Vitamins B.
