Magnesium is the most present mineral in our body: it is involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions and plays an important role in fundamental functions, such as normal muscle function, carbohydrate metabolism, normal bone structure.
\nPotassium is involved in numerous activities, mainly thanks to the sodium-potassium pump, a transport protein present in all our cells that serves mainly to control cell volume, give nerve and muscle cells the property of excitability, maintain a proper acid-base balance.
\nThese salts exist in the form of INORGANIC and ORGANIC salts. Several clinical studies have shown that organic salts, characterized by a better and greater solubility, are more bioavailable, and therefore better absorbed in the intestine, compared to inorganic forms (e.g. magnesium oxide).<\/p>\n
100% CITRATE MAGNESIUM and POTASSIUM with 9 B VITAMINS is a powder food supplement with sweetener based on magnesium citrate and potassium citrate, with 9 B Vitamins. One sachet guarantees the daily intake of 375 mg of magnesium, equal to 100% of the daily Reference Nutritive Value.
\nMagnesium and Potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. B vitamins contribute to the normal functions: of the immune system (B12, B6, folic acid) and of the nervous system (niacin, B12, B6, B2, B1, biotin), to the psychological function (niacin, B12, B6, B1, biotin), to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (niacin, pantothenic acid, B12, B6, B2, folic acid).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
