Marigold

Marigold is indicated in the case of injuries, sores or inflammatory conditions. Thanks to its carotenoid content, Marigold helps to increase fibrin production, facilitating tissue regeneration and thus wound healing.

Useful in cases of dry, cracked and reddened skin. Because of its delicate action, it is also suitable for baby skin against dermatitis caused by nappies in children, but also against eczema and dermatosis. 

Marigold is rich in valuable active ingredients for the skin: vitamin C, essential oil, flavonoids (narcissin and rutin), resin, mucilage, carotenoids, triterpenoids and saponins. The typical colour of the flower consists of a pigment whose main components are lycopene, vilaxanthin and beta-carotene. The latter, together with lutein and zeaxanthin are powerful antioxidants.
